Sylva van der Heyden is an art historian with special interests in 18(th) and 19(th) century and its reception history, graphic prints and objects made with uncommon materials. Since 2013 she is part of a research group within the Excellence Cluster TOPOI (Berlin) focusing on the topos of the Greatness of the ancient Rome.
